From the East (Highland Park):
Get on US-41 N/Skokie Valley Rd from Deerfield Rd and Central Ave. Merge onto US-41 N/Skokie Valley Rd. Continue on Park Ave W to West Deerfield Township. Take IL-22 W to Hospital Dr in Cuba Township. Turn right onto Hospital Dr, destination will be on the right.
From the South (Elgin):
