Approach to Therapy
Claire’s approach to therapy is empowering, creative, and radically genuine. Claire believes the key to therapy involves a strong therapeutic relationship to ensure a safe and collaborative space. She incorporates various evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. She specializes in working with all types of anxiety and OCD. She is comfortable working with children, teens, and adults and often incorporates families and supportive others in the treatment process.
Experience and Training
Claire earned her bachelor’s degree from National Louis University in Chicago, IL. She continued on to obtain her MS in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. While in her Masters program, Claire completed her internship at Rogers Behavioral health- where she found her passion for OCD and anxiety. For the last 3 years, Claire has been working at Partial Hospitalization in their OCD/Complex Anxiety program. Claire has additional experience working with substance use, eating disorders and mood disorders in all levels of care.

Claire is from the Western suburbs of Chicago. In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, listening to podcasts and seeing as many musicals as possible!
