Hannnah's Take on Treatment

"I think it is so important to establish trust and a sense of care and support in therapy. It is so rewarding to provide a space where a patient can let go of the shame and fear that keeps them stuck, and to see them empowered. I believe that my role is to help facilitate courage and to educate a patient and their support system about the tools that can allow them to change their lives for the better.”

Approach to Therapy

Hannah uses her compassion and experience to understand, support, and challenge patients. She believes in creating a supportive environment for patients to trust that they can express themselves and open themselves up to new experiences. She takes an encouraging approach to therapy and believes in highlighting strengths as well as celebrating steps towards progress. Hannah works with patients to collaboratively create treatment plans to give them tools that they can use outside of therapy to achieve goals and manage anxiety and OCD. Hannah specializes in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, and anxiety-related disorders. She values the importance of working with parents, providers, and supportive others collaboratively and is comfortable treating anxiety wherever it happens.
