I believe in forging genuine connections with my clients and creating a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their experiences without fear of judgment. I aim to empower clients to navigate their paths toward healing and growth, celebrating victories and overcoming obstacles together.”

 Approach to Therapy

McKenna tailors her therapeutic approach to each client, recognizing the uniqueness of every individual. She collaborates with each client to set goals and creates an environment where people are successful at accomplishing their goals. McKenna harnesses clients' strengths and support networks to empower them, ensuring they feel motivated to utilize the tools at their disposal. With a commitment to fostering a non-judgmental space and building genuine connections, she strives to create a comfortable atmosphere for sharing feelings and cultivating therapeutic relationships. McKenna specializes in working with children, teens and adults who struggle with all kinds of anxiety, OCD, and anxiety related disorders.
