Madison’s Take on Treatment

“Facing fears and doing hard things is a courageous and difficult process, but a process that works in overcoming anxiety and OCD. I feel excited every time I help someone embark on this journey.  I am always amazed at the amount of strength others have, and  I am excited to see the transformation that occurs. I am so honored to help others regain their lives back.”

Madison’s approach to treatment is supportive and collaborative. Madison strives to partner with her clients in embarking on the change process.   She utilizes a direct, yet empathic approach to help clients confront their fears in a gradual manner in order to live a life in line with their values.  Madison believes it is crucial to involve a patient’s parents and significant others and often collaborates with loved ones so that they can best support the patient throughout treatment.  Madison’s goal for her patients is to gain the tools and skills to address their anxiety effectively and independently.
